GCS > 1.1.1 on WIN 8

Hi,

is there anyone working with GCS 1.1.1 or 1.2.1 on WIN 8 (Laptop Touchscreen Samsung Flash mem)?

If I click the Engineer tab I don't get the windows and subtabs for these items, instead a bigger map.

I will make a screenshot later today, now the weather is too good not to go flying my new baby.

Hi Ivo,

Yes, I run it sometimes on an Asus VivoTab, Atom CPU, flash storage, touch/pen screen, Win 8 "home." Sounds strange... do post a screenshot. What if you select the Engineer view from the Perspectives dropdown menu at top... same thing?

Did a reinstall of the ZIP file and some WIN 8 updates and now it works, don't ask me why.

Yes but not only. Also Java updates and hotfixes from Samsung.
