Conclusion: using Rowley´s libraries without a valid Crossworks license is prohibited.

Ok , I indicated the necessity of having a valid license in my tutoriel.

Now we check to use GNU arp toolchain like GNU Tools for ARM Embedded Processors

Well, Crossworks is Bill´s preferred compiler and if you use it you´ll know why. Those 2 libraries make a difference and that´s why they are charging money for it. And that´s why we use a Rowley pro license to offer the binaries for download.
Our build server pushes the changes in the trunk onto the FTP within 24 hours. So for the end user there´s no need to compile himself.

For developers others are also looking into all-open-source solutions. But so far no holy grail...

Well, it is not winning tu use open source compilation. I saw this yesterday, code is build for crosswork copilator.

The Personal Non-Commercial License can be enough for add some feature in code ?

Yes, the personal license also legalizes the use of the said libraries in different environments.
Read what Paul Curtis from Rowley wrote about it:

On the other hand: a personal license will make the necessity for an open source solution obsolete.
Why take the struggle setting up a toolchain with 3rd party puzzles when you have a complete solution with a few clicks, with proper debugging and everything...
