failed to RTH with v7.1.1852

Postby jet » Wed Apr 22, 2015 2:23 pm

Hi, all.
Today, I tested RTH with firmware V7.1.1852.
For first flight with Position Hold, my AQ6 could execute RTH.
After 5 minutes, I tried RTH again.
However, I failed.
Also, with Mission mode, I still failed to execute RTH.
How to resolve this problem?
Any suggestions?
Thanks for help.

Hi jet,

can you upload a log file where we can see your TX channels when this happened?

Hi, Joerg.
Thanks for your reply.
Today, I tested RTH again.
Also, I uploaded the log file (https://www.dropbox.com/s/wd9xu1szw8yoj ... L.LOG?dl=0).
I could execute RTH today.
However, my AQ6 did not return to the original altitude.
Any suggestion?
Thanks again.

Jet

A year ago I messed with the altitude setting and was able to have my quad go to the home point's altitude very aggressively. With Quatos I have not tried to change the PIDs for Altitude but I find that if a MR does not come back to the correct altitude if I try a second RTH my small quad will often go to the correct altitude.

Hi, Larry.
Thanks for the reply.
Sorry, I did not really understand your suggestion.
Do you suggest to adopt Quatos firmware?
Quatos seemed to be interesting.
I may try Quatos.
