Voltage reading incorrect when starting with a non-full batt

There has been a problem for a while now, where if you start with a battery which is less than 100% charged, that it will under-report the voltage, and then slowly climb as the flight progresses.

For example I just started with a 4s pack which had a resting voltage of 3.9v per cell, and upon takeoff, AQ reported a pack voltage of 12.6v which slowly climbed up to 14v over the course of a minute or two.

Can this please be fixed, as quite often I will be required to fly for 3 or 4 minutes, unplug, move, then fly for a couple more minutes, but during the 2nd part of the flight, the displayed voltage will be unreliable.

This happens on all 3 of my AQ based copters.
