Dear bn999: now I use digital imu + gps ublox 6H, MCU use STM32F42x 180 Mhz, ESC use STM32F4 for 4 ESC one MCU,
Firmware, I just use UKF of AQ, PID adaptive and predict. All hardware design by me. Just hobby.

Are you saying you have 4 ESC's on a single board controller by a single ESC?

Now, I using 1 MCU for 4 ESC control. Working with 40V input 40A.
And Control board, that simple.

Impressive work. Can you explain more about what you mean by "PID adaptive and predict"?

A few years ago, I worked in power electronics, and work with adaptive PID system, after i switch to control for automation for hobby so I re-infection only. That's just a few simple PID factors apdative, and predict some action for change Kp, Kd, and Ki.
Now, I really want to do implement L1 adaptive control. But only in the period to learn and research.
