Thanks, guys. A LOT of hours went into it, there is 78 individually milled G10 parts in the body and LG alone. Most of them 12*6mm..so its a jigsaw to put together. But it looks way cool and flys amazingly good already. As usual, its not my design-work, but the work of SebastianJ.
Steve, It started out as a personal fun project for the winter, but I actually see the potential with a rollcage like the "window-flyer" for this to become an inspection vehicle that could be "pinned" to a surface or flown into very tight spaces.
Bill, it was something a sign-making friend of ours showed us. Its basically a normal CF plate that can be milled, and then it can be heated up and formed, and when it cools it hardens finally. I think its pretty expensive stuff and it has a shelf-life of 12 months. I will call him and get a brandname for it.
