Which QGC Do You use?
I mean the version of the QGC?
On the compiled version 1.5 I use here the mentioned fields are available, but it might be that they were not in previous versions of the QGC.
I would recommend using the latest available version of the QGC.

okay, thx 4 reply - guss it makes most sence updating QGC and ESC-FW in the first, this might renders my problems to invalid
