Can't create new param file for calibration

I am trying to do my first calibration and when I click create by clicking on the ‘Create‘ button. I select a appropriate name for it and save it by selecting ‘ open.‘ an error message appears "my_aq_frame.params file not found verify the file name and try again".
Any help will be really apreciated.
