FC does not know she´s in PH

Interresting problem i have since some days.
On my test Quad i loadet some beta FW from Peter to work with FollowMe and it was the first time i noticed that the FC is in PH but does not know this.
I can pull and push the rig around and it goes always back to it´s position as it should -PH must be active!
Flight display says 3D Fix.

But the signaling from the jDio board and the FollowMe on the Android App says its not in PH.
First i would not notice this cause it stays where it shoud but i often scratched my head why the LED´s behind the jDio does not show this flight status any more. Now i know why

I than reflashed the official "Version v6.6.1 stable (b1036)" and here´s the same bahaviour.
Also with the "Version v6.7-BETA r100 b1066 (experimental)"

So, Hm....... any ideas what i can try?

Aq not in PH, from the App?
Hmm, there are some changes in the aq-firmware (mavlink). This is the reason for this message.
Ok, the "old" app will not work with the new fw.
I will see, how to fix it.
