Altitude rise when switched to position hold

Hi,
my copter suddenly rises when I switch to position hold. Maybe because my copter already hovers at ~35-40% throttle? How can I fix this?

I replaced the lipo with a heavier one and now it hovers at 50-60% throttle, but still it rises very fast when I enable position hold.
Could you send me a link where factor throttle is explained? I haven't found anything useful yet

Have a look at Steves post regarding CTR_FACT_THRO. When you have set that right, there should be no RPM change when switching from man to PH.

OK I tried to set Factor Throttle. Now the problem still exists but it is different. At the beginning when I switch to PH the copter behaves normally, but after flying for some seconds or few minutes, it suddenly starts to rise against very fast. It happens sporadic, but I always have to switch to manual the because it won't stop rising.
I attached two logs, in aqlog-4 it happened between 40,000 and 50,000 when I switched to Manual (radio channel 5, throttle is radio channel 2)
In aqlog-2 it happened several times, just watch channel 5, every time when I switched from PH to Manual.

Is your barometer covered with foam?

Yes it is, but I will redo it with CA-glue just to make sure. Did you recognize some covering issues from the logs?
