Did you spray the board with some kind of anti moisture or anti corrosion stuff? Is the voltage fixed at 20.1V or does it move proportional with the input voltage? You can test this if you have an adjustable DC power supply.

as it looks like that i have a rev1 board even i bought it in Dec - so i have to rework it

the question for me

is the voltage divider R3/R4 only for display the right voltage or does it have any affects for static calibration?
other words can i do the static calibration with rev1 Firmware - rework the board to rev2 - update to rev2 Firmware - use the static calibration done with rev1 board

good question?

Yea it's a bit tricky reading the value on the tiny resistor in order to determine the hardware version... :(

The sensor calibration won't change after switching out that resistor.

If you are planning on using the 3 cell battery, just load Rev1 software. Their is no difference other than Rev1 boards only read to 15 volts.
