Tips on repairing Spektrum connector?

The Spektrum satellite connector from my AQ board broke off from a crash a few weeks ago, before I warm up the soldering iron Im looking for any tips on how to reattach the connector without destroying the board.

Poor AQ Well, I'm not one to give SMD soldering advice, but please tell me you have an insulator between that metal standoff and the board...

One pad is ripped off which will make it more complicated to get the connector back on it.
I think you'll need to find the spot where the right pad (3,3V) is connected to and solder an adapter with wires (and fixate/glue it somewhere else). There's a small chance to solder the V pin of the connector via a thin radio wire - replacing the pad so to say. So you can solder the connector back in place but it's going to be very tricky.

You could also cut the connector off the wire and solder the wire coming from the receiver directly to the board without using the plug on the board. There's a small part of the line left so you might have a chance to connect the wire there and glue it after soldering it...

The pad you have ripped is the Vcc (3.3v) pad. You can pick it up a few other places on the board, or you should be able to pick it up from the semi-ripped trace.

Otherwise, you can consider to move the spektrum UART to USART2, which is available on J2. This will require a small code change.

Let me know what you prefer, and I will come up with a solution for it.

And do remove those metal standoffs, they are a NoNo!

I would just mount the connector again and try to pick up 3.3V from the ripped trace with a short wire, and then cover it with an epoxy. The other places will require some longer wires.
