AQ died suddenly after succesful dynamic calibration

I was so happy with this fantastic project until the sudden and unexpected death of the AQ Flightcontrol. Here is a Pic of my Hexacopter with Hardware from viacopter after succesful dynmic calibration

After dynamic calibration I wanted to check the compass curves by spinning copter slowly over every axis. The Transcend 8GB class 10 microSD recorded the movements until ca. 3700 when suddenly all Leds went off. Since then AQ-Board is dead. Not even the Power-Led goes on.
Looks very similar to the Thread from leopold1 who experienced the same sad effect.

Hopefully the log will help in this case. LOG_IMU_MAG looks good until it's sudden stop. The only strange curves I found are LOG_VOLTAGE3 to 5. Is this a abnormal behaviour?

Measured the 2 Recoms -> they still output 5V. Current draw of the dead board at 12V is 250mA. Copter runs on 3s 2200mAh.

Hope a forum member or JussiH can help to get the baby airborne

Sorry for your loss! I know how it feels.
Trying to detimine want went wrong I'm looking for simularities in the setup.
What ESC's were you using, Xbee?, ppm convertor?,......

some infos about my setup. I don't see any critical combination at the moment. During static and dynamic calibration no problems at all.

Firmware 6.6r33

3DR Radio telemetry system 433Mhzb in the following configurations: serial board (for the air) and USB (for the ground). Ground PC was off during the incident.

AQ was disarmed and Motors were not running. I had a good GPS 3d lock after powerup within 3 seconds.

Receiver was a sumsignal JetiDuplex RMK2 with 2.4 GHz. The transmitter was off during the test.

ESC are flyduino 25A with SimonK Firmware

Power is 3s lipo with 11.7V / 2200mAh

Transcend 8GB class 10 microSD

There must be a similar reason for this.
What was connected and got powered from the AQ board?

Can you test, if possible, if your telemetry still works?

Yes 3 cases.
Perhaps a bad batch of MCU's?
