Three phase current with ESC32

I have build a linear induction motor and now I need three currents with different phase. I have an ESC32 and I though I could maybe use it: I have three phases in my motor, and I would connect each phase to each output of the ESC32. As far as I know, ESC32 doesn't output the 3 signals at the same time, but tries to synchronize when he has tu output a signal and where detecting the position of the rotor. Is it possible to program that differently? To be able to output signals with different phase? Do you have any idea how could I use the ESC32 in my application?
