ESC32 random disarm

disarming is still an issue in AQ, since many people (not so inexperts) still having it. The consequences of a "disarming" are dramatic: big crash (expensive) and it´s dangerous too.

Now, I´ve got not having more this problem, by doing this:
- I have ESC close to FC (In between the center plates. So I have short signal wires
- I use 2x330uF caps. Also 10nF between signal and ground. Not using shielded signal cable.
- I always do a good "current" calibration for that especific conficuration ESC32/ motors /Propellers. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Sometimes I repeat to be sure. This can make the difference of having this issue or not.
- Finally I always do a "full throttle test" in ground with propellers in oposite direction. I move quickly throttle stick during a long time (several minutes) until not a single disarm happens.

Then, and only then, I go to flight outside.

Following this steps you can be sure not disarming problems will happen.

Thanks Angel I will do what you suggest. I hadn't given mine an extreme throttle change test like that.

Jdmagoo, yeah I'd say he means flip each prop, and move them around one motor position so they're all producing reverse thrust.

Yes. That is. You need to put the propellers such that they produce reverse thrust. I always fix the legs to ground also for safety, and keep myself well away.
You can get strong and quick vibrations induced by the pid control. To avoid that i put a column of books just below one arm, just in contact.
