New firmware additions....

I've just been looking at the release notes for the beta firmware and have a few questions.

- r38, "Add CAN bus support Double control loop freq to 2KHz". What does this mean? Is the esc32 twice as quick now?
- r38, "Programable motor direction" Does this mean the esc32 could be set to be reversible similar to the Ultra esc?
- what benefit does can bus give?
- finally, is there any chance of including esc32 beta builds to the AQ builds that Max created.

The control loop rate was doubled. This gives twice the resolution to the closed loop controller and it allows new setpoint changes (mostly for CAN) to be implemented in half the time (on average.)

With this change, the motor direction can only be changed when the motor is not running.

Some of the benefits of CAN over PWM are:

- 1Mb/s allows very low latency setpoint changes. From over 3000us with PWM to less than 500us with CAN
- Extremely robust in the face of external noise sources due to its differential nature
- Bi-directional real-time messaging between ESC & FC
- Ability to have a very large number of ESCs / servos
- Possibility to reduce wiring as it is a BUS and not a point to point transport (one connection TO FC on a coaxial arm for instance)
- Ability to communicate with other sensors or device nodes on the same BUS
