ESC´s not working after crash

Hi,

i had a crash with a octo - octo was out of control and flying in a tree - first look only minor defects like props no bigger damage i thought.
After freeing the bird out of the tree the test results in three motors not running.
Back to the HQ i´ve checked the ESC - in idle modus all leds are green - when try to start the motors three of the eight will not spins and the ESC is blinking red.
But them out to test with motor tester - same green when idle - blinking red with PWM Signal.
There is no visible damage - how can i test the FET´s with multimeter? or any other tip to find the problem

any idea?

I had some simular problems with ESC32s. I think I flashed in new firmware and that did the trick.
