Do you have a way to lock the props on the motors. If you have the ESC32 V3 in free wheel then when the motors brake you should expect the props to come loose.
DJI use prop locks on their Inspire one because they are using ESC with free wheel.

Shame on me Larry! I simply forgot that fact since active freewheel was disabled for the nylon setup.
I was testing how the craft reacts when switching to PH while in fast forward movement (:oops: - ever tried this?) than made a bank turn, back to manual with full throttle again --> after some 100m the craft was down.
Well, another lesson learned: Always secure your props as good as possible!
Think this should never happen again

Made a preventive replacement of bearings on one of the motors.
The upper bearing is 4x8x3mm, the lower one is 4x11x4mm.

Maybe not the best bearings but I had them on hands.
On the shaft I've used a retaining washer for shafts: DIN 6799 1.4122 3,2 (http://www.screwsandmore.de/en/WASHERS- ... -4122-3-2/)
