Problems:
AQ6 connect 5v beeper and config QGC using no.7 as beeper, however it just output very little sound 1db "dig, dig" when it arm or disarm. How to solve it?

So what kind of buzzer did you install? Did you try it w/out the "speaker" box checked (AQ restart required)? How are you hooking it up (+ wire should go to AQ signal pin, - to gnd pin).

But you should consider replacing the GPS antenna by a 35mm for optimum perfomance.

35mm it's really good, but very heavy used with 330 size. I've try that. Thanks for your suggestion.

Hi: very nice machine! whell done and finished.

As Norbert said, the 35mm antenna is worth the weight it will add!. This will improve a LOT the flying.

ACC looks to be too high (>5m/s2). It should be below 2m/s2. Although you can fly, performances of AQ are really affected. Unfortunally, you can´t use any damper system in AQ. So you need to solve the problem in the root (motors excitation, structure couplings and control board couplings: not an easy task).

Appreciate your advise. Totally agree vibration is the enemy of AQ. I' ve try to further improve vibration. However, it is steady flying/holding but with very minor height change.

GPS plate was changed. Here's the update photo.

update:

- Add Micro OSD for FPV
- change props from 5045 to 6030, reduce a lot of vib.
- change back to 35x35mm GPS antenna with ground shield
- enhance battery tray
- Add LED signal module
total 590g without battery

My OSD Screnn has little bit zoom out, it cause cannot see some character, how to solve it?
