Pre-Calibrated AQ6 FC Maiden Flight

Hi guys,
we´ve been testing some pre-calibrated AQ6 boards. Calibration was done by Marcus aka teramax.
Out of the box (only motor mix, radio and mag inc/dec were changed), with no tuning whatsoever, it flew much better than the DJI Naza v2 and A2 which we previously tested, calibrated and tuned.

Will get a 3axis gimbal to carry a Black Magic Cinema. Without paylod it hovers at 25% - at 50% it already shoots up pretty fast. There´s still some pumping from the baro, will try again with other cell foam and the dome.

I was amazed how well it handled the big frame without tuning. Yah, Christmas present for me means:
This is the proof you can pre-calibrate the AQ on a completely different frame and then fly it on the Tarot or others.

Afaik this is also the first heavy lift hexa - and I'm pretty confident it´ll handle the weight well (~9kg) once carrying the cam.

Absolutely!
It was a revelation to me when I first moved the sticks and it felt like home.

Though it´s not an ideal setup (~1m big and totally overpowered) it acted soft and precise.
I think putting a pre-calibrated board on an 80cm Reference Hexa or X8 will get you near perfect results from the start.

Unfortunetaly 2 of the 4 test boards have bad components so they look like candidates for the DIMU.
Next one will go on a 50cm quad and one board from Jussi is on the way for another Hexa dedicated for Quatos.

Nope, sorry I can´t.

To me Quatos is some kind of God from 3D Space. He knows what you are and where you are. Furthermore ...
