In Austria from 2014 new laws will restrict flights to LOS up to 500m distance and 150m altitude.
Operating commercially beyond LOS will require a pilot license.
I mean ... thats not too bad.
In DE we´re only allowed 100m alt. and LOS - whatever that means - you need to be able to see it.
Everything else and above 5kg AUW would require single start permissions, commercial or not.
Everyone´s talking about possible breach of privacy but why restrict flying when spying on neighbours is already restricted by law?
