I wonder what the tubes in the inner lower part are for (the ones that run into the aluminium blocks)?
Are they for stiffness?

Your construction also leaves enough room for long cameras.

Yes, for stiffness. It goes thru the middle Alu-cubes.

Now, the weight is 409 g without the 2 cabonplates and gel-cubes.

Looking very good, Thinman!
Looks tough and well thought. But do you really need that many space under the center plate?
The whole gimbal is hanging pretty low now and the landing gears won't protect it on harder bumps.

Thanks. The space under the centerplate is for 2 Lipos 5000 mAh 5S and this things are large.

The space from ground to the gimbal is 55 mm. It is enough.

perhaps for 2 Lipos 8000 mAh.

It is a masterplan for all my copters. Just the removable motorarms are different. All the other is the same:

The landing tubes are now 8 mm, but when it not strong enough, i construct it in 10 mm.

Now, i construct it for a friend for 20 mm tubes with clamps an 10 mm landing tubes. And i have construct pieces for 10 mm aluminium arms. 90 degrees and 30 degrees:

1 Set (8 pieces) weight with polyamid screws (strong enough) 19 g.

Wow, nice pieces. I know how much work this is. Congrarts.
Did you test the gimbal yet (al least on the bench). Do you have a video?
BTW you asked me about the weight of my constuction. Its 314Gr with 2x BLS 254.
