Long time ago i found cool thing on aliexpress - very cheap lcd/led screen driver with many features.
called v56

We can connect to it wide range of lcd screens.

Brightiness is quite ok 300cd/m2 and a mat panel so will be ok for outdoor use.

Additional parts:
1. dedicated keypad and IR/Status LED
2. Inverter for powering a backlight of screen (2 outputs in this cause)
3. LVDS cable - 30pin to LCD (2channel, 8 bit in this cause)
4. power supply
We can use 12V Pb aku or a LiPo or other 12V supplier BUT for this 22" screen with backlight we need 3A
How to connect LVDS from lcd side to board, we have to use pinout description from screen manual and board manual and set a valid logic level by jumper:
The last thing - firmware. We must choose correct for screen.
And after that:

No, this case is only for livestream (if everything will be ok i can make second for GCS functions.
Screen is 22" so real dimensions of case are 61x42x27 cm
