Drone registration in Ireland starting December

While the US and German politicians are talking about a drone registration, Ireland introduced it right before Christmas:

Not to unreasonable, due to the media hype surrounding drones registration will be mandatory in a couple of months everywhere.

the only part that is blocking almost every possible flight in that flyer is: never take off or land without landowner permit. Yeah right, so virtually nowhere. I take that nobody will actually commit to that, but for example if you want to take off in a park, you need permission if you read it by the letter.

Pffff, hard times ahead for drone enthusiasts. If I get a euro for every time I fly my phantom out and are questioned: is that a spy drone?.. Until I show them what the footage and detail is @50m altitude, but the general idea is that everything is used for spying... Silly, why should everybody think their lives are worthy of spying onto

Yah, hopefully other countries don´t get infected by the anti-drone ressentiments.
Though the FAA and the German traffic minister uttered similar.

As for the Irish regulations: the above flyer contradicts the laws in several points.

Also not very clear what they use the expression "drone" for...

And some of the mentioned rules make it impossible to fly w/o permission, like the landowner permission rule - where the town governments "own" public places like parks.
Or the 120m distance rule: anyone who wants to piss someone off only needs to approach the pilot and wait until he lands.

Do anything and those ignorant fools will want to interfere in your life. Such is the life(slavery) for all those who are trapped under big govt.

There's a reason for these hassles. These wretched leeches who come up with these rules make a living off taxpayer funded "thinktanks" . These morons/moochers then formulate "public policy" and the general public(sheeple) bleat in obedience.

Name me a place free of these pests and i will go there.

Registration = endless hassle = Ben Franklin's in US = Laughing Gandhi's in India = Laughing Buddha's in China etc..
