I need some help.

HI,
my name is Eugen and i live in Romania. I need some help from someone who knows how to get in touch with Viacopter shop because I can not register on their site. I tried to send an email to them but received no response. I want to buy a M4 AQ. When I try to login I get the following message: Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

pls try and send a mail directly to info@viacopter.eu with the username you where trying to register. I will fix it manually then.

I sent an e-mail to the address given but apparently not arryve to Viacopter as other e-mails i have sent.
In this case what can I do?
