Will this ftdi cable work ?

Hi

I seem to have misplaced my workhorse ftdi cable that was used to flash AQ and Esc32

I also have this one, but never used it before

Will it work?
Note that the 1'st one has a RTS signal coming out, but the second has a DTR cable coming out.

You need to disconnect the DTR line:
