Do you use Cura to generate the printer path ?
What is the layer height that you recommend for ABS ?
What about fill density ? (Do you let the internal structure have a honeycomb sort of structure, or do you fill it up entirely?)
Is there a minimum top and bottom layer height ?

@Srinath:

I use "Repetier Host" as main program. My Machine is PRUSA I3.

As slicer I use "Slic3r". For strength parts I use density of 0.9 (90%) honeycom pattern (motor brackets) and for non high strength parts (battery bracket, ESC brackets,etc ) I use density 0.3 (30%).

I use 3 external layers at 100%

Layer heigth is 0.34mm. First layer = 0.34

i hope this helps you.

Absolutely fascinating, I always thought this method for 3D printing created parts with low strength, and poor resolution, but I've been converted!

Yet another thing added to my wish list ;)
