Another fine tool to align the motors to the tubes.

I use one of these

First thing to do is ensure the cheese plates are level in all directions then adjust the motors using the above gauge, I can get them accurate to within 0.2 - 0.3 degrees of each other. Doesn't take much time to do.
I also like leopold way as well, could be even easier again
