The time is right: Flyduino released their Racing Edition, consisting of the new KISS FC, the KISS ESC 24A racing edition and the PDB for the combo:

ah... just bought some kiss escs :(

The flightcontroller looks really nice, it even has a CAN bus and a spot to solder on some memory if needed. I'm curious if the Imu is connected with SPI, hope the online manual will be available soon.

Nope, the 6050 is connected via I2C. Felix tested the altenative (6500 via SPI) and found no reason to use it.

where did you see the Memory spot?
i thought the space on the Bottom is for the Can Bug.

mm.. on second thought that could be a spot to place a CAN chip.

Yes, it is. The CAN transceiver didn´t make it into the initial release so they skipped it...

The 24A ESC is 19x27mm.
And the transciever is for the FC, the KISS ESCs don´t support CAN.
But the next generation of UltraESCs will...
