New Firmware DL Assistant

Postby kinderkram » Fri Nov 28, 2014 8:47 am

Max has introduced a new online tool that´ll help you to find the correct firmware for your AQ board:

Image The Firmware Download Wizzard: http://autoquad.org/software-downloads/ ... oad-wizard

That should make it easier - especially for beginners - to download the appropriate pre-compiled fw version from our FTP server.

New FW r441 is available through the DL Wizard now!

In combination with the new QGC 1.6 it offers complete functionality for CAN and Quatos.

FYI, starting with version 7.1 of the AQ firmware, the SVN revision number will no longer appear in the generated file names. The version string has been shortened to "major.minor.build" or eg. "7.1.1852". This a start to removing dependency on any particular version control system.

Also since 7.0 beta is out, all the old 7.0 experimental versions have been moved to the archive folder of FTP, and we're starting with a fresh slate for 7.1 experimental branch.

Cheers,
-Max
