PPM radio support

Thanks to timecop we will be testing new code with PPM support soon.
Bill already pushed it to the repo for further experiments:

It's already working on tc's bench!

How many channels supports this new feature?, There are any restrictions?

Hi Anderl,
you can use up to 12 channels in the current version. Max possible is 18 channels - but I guess 8 AUX channels will be enough for now.

Glad TC is in on this project also. But let me ask a stupid question may I. If this pans out does this mean that other radios such as Graupner HOTT can be used PPM with the AQ 6.6?

Update: Was contacted by timecop. And he informed me that any reciever with PPM out will work. This is very good news for the AQ . Now if I could just get more info on what all is involved with piggybacking a VN-100 IMU to the AQ 6.6.
