What Jussi forgot to mention is the service both Jussi's and Paul's shops offer.

So far they offered a "no questions asked" policy if parts arrived in a doubtful condition caused by whatever circumstances.
In 1 rare case one item was missed on the way, obviously stolen or lost by post employees. It was fully recplaced - meaning a loss of more than 100%.

Too fair to be true. But a good example for the give&take mentality we were hoping to meet on the beta run.

Most users with minor problems solved them themselves. Some crashed their crafts on maiden flights - they didn't complain.
Nobody expects it to be a perfect product - but everyone can expect a top notch project once all features are functioning as desired.
